Q: When I try to save a card, I get an error message "Network error....try again". What's wrong?
A: This is usually a sign of network problems somewhere between your computer and our servers. Generally, this situation is only temporary, and usually corrects itself within a short period of time. If the problem persists and you're sure your internet connection is working well, please let us know you're having a problem.
