Shipping Methods
We offer three shipping methods for most items: Ground (3 to 7 business days typically), Second Day (2 to 3 business days) and Overnight (1 business day).
FedEx Saturday delivery is not available. For shipments sent Ground to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time.
Processing and Shipping Times
Processing time for an item is the time from when you place your order to when it leaves the warehouse. We expect your order will be completed (processed) within 2 to 6 business days (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not business days) from the date of your order. Orders placed after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time will be dated the next business day.
Shipping time is dependent upon your address and the shipping method chosen (see "Shipping Methods").
Shipping Costs
We work very hard to bring you the lowest possible shipping costs. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the shipping cost based upon the shipping method you select during checkout and assume all items in your order are going to one address. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.
Some orders may be delivered in different shipments depending on the items in the order. Multiple shipments to the same address will not result in additional shipping charges.
Shipping to a Different Address
During checkout you can add new shipping addresses to your Address Book, so each time you check out you can choose from these stored addresses.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

Shipment to multiple addresses currently requires separate orders, one for each address.
Where can I ship my order?
We currently offer shipping only to our customers in the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia. We plan to expand to other countries and APO/FPO military addresses in the future.
We do NOT currently ship to international destinations, APO/FPO military addresses, US protectorates and territories.
Tracking shipments
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, unless you chose to ship your order by the US Postal Service, as they do not track mail.
